    Good location, Clean, excellent breakfast great views from the front.

    Not accessiblity friendly.The only staff we dealt with were the Fri evening waitresses. My mistake I didn't think to mention on booking I use crutched and we were allocated a second floor room. On explaining my reduced mobility and asking if there was any slim possibility of a lower room we were told we could swap....for a higher room. Wasn't sure if this was meant as a joke but it didn't seem it and we left feeling a little ridiculed and unwelcome.

    Great room, on first floor with views over car park to beach and estuary. Large comfortable room. The restaurant was excellent, especially the evening meal, really good food. Breakfast was also great. Really enjoyed our stay.

    For older senior citizens like us with bungalow legs there were too many stairs and we were on the second floor, but we knew there was not a lift before we went so that was our mistake and we were offered a first floor room if we were to go again, which we would
