    Another excellent stay.

    Great property. All the home comforts. Sue and Amanda have thought of everything.

    The space is great. Lovely enclosed garden too.

    A great location, but several avoidable issues significantly affected what should have been a relaxing family holiday.

    Good location close to Botany Bay and local attractions. The property was generally clean, and the main bedroom was comfortable. The bathroom was accessible for guests with limited mobility, and fans were provided to help with warm weather.

    Several issues affected our stay. The property felt older than expected, with limited space in the smaller bedrooms. The house became extremely hot during warm weather due to poor ventilation. The advertised washing machine was unavailable before arrival, and the recommended laundrette had permanently closed, meaning we had to make several trips to alternative facilities. The digital door lock failed for over a day, preventing us from securely locking or unlocking the property from outside. The property manager entered the property after we had expressed concerns about access while our belongings were inside. Finally, the driveway is extremely narrow with a sharp concrete kerb. While following the parking guidance, our Tesla suffered a sidewall tyre cut, requiring an emergency tyre replacement and costing us valuable holiday time. We believe larger vehicles should be warned about this parking hazard.
