Excellent location, views, facilities, tidiness and a private hot tub
Location was excellent and the views from the room with the balcony were outstanding. It wasn't clear from the booking.com description if the hot tub was shared but the host cleared this up via phone prior to booking the property. Their are two hot tubs both private at the end of the garden. It comes with a private seating area outside the patio doors of the open plan kitchen / living room / dining area. All clean and tidy and very well equipped. Would defiantly stay again
Fire alarm went off three times on our 4 day stay. Sure this was just applicable to our stay and isn't a frequent issue

Luxary holiday home in centre Scarborough. Home away from home! Stay in style!
Every part of our stay was lovely, property was very comfy able and had all the necessities needed and more! Our bedroom with the balcony was beautifully decorated in fact all the rooms we used were actually! Lovely little links to the seaside! Loved the added extras of providing beach towels and the comfy dressing gowns! Kitchen/living space was beautifully laid out, loved the board games. Can’t not mention the hottub! The private decking and the hottub was well maintained. Hottub was luxary!

Loved everything of this property and friendly staff/very helpful, with any problems you have etc.. Was perfect for my birthday. Beautiful food places near by too :)
Area was run down (Scarborough) but nice places if you research well.. Taxis was expensive for down the road trips,
