    Great base - comfy beds - good shower

    What a stunning location, the farm/land that the barn is set on is so gorgeous. The shower is super powerful and has fun different settings which you don't often find. The bed was super comfy and big - we only used the one bedroom so can't say anything about the upstairs bed. I usually struggle to get comfy in hotel beds but both myself and my husband loved the bed. The place was clean overall but the only TINY thing that is my negative is some areas such as the shower could do with a deep clean but apart from that the stay was great. Just 5 minutes from cromer and easy access to all the bits of Norfolk we wanted to go to. Highly recommend this place for anyone wanting a Norfolk base! We could also take our dog for a little extra money and he had a wonderful time!

    As stated above there wasnt much not to like - we really enjoyed our stay.

    A lovely weekend in a peaceful rural location.

    Very comfortable bed, quiet location, lovely gardens, only a short distance from places we wanted to visit, plenty of hot water.

    Only one teaspoon!
