  Great apartment and excellent hosts, Amazing sea view!

  We booked this apartment last minute and honestly had a great experience. Before arriving, we had seen a few older reviews mentioning some issues with the air conditioning, but fortunately everything was working perfectly during our stay and the apartment was very comfortable. The hosts were excellent and extremely responsive. We were missing a couple of adapters when we arrived and, within just a few minutes, they arranged everything for us. The apartment itself is beautiful, especially the view, and the location right by the sea makes it perfect for enjoying Malta. Everything was clean, comfortable and exactly what we needed for our stay. Overall, a really positive experience and definitely a place we would happily stay at again.

  We stayed 6h. We contacted owner and booking - we don’t want stay in these conditions. No help from any side !!

  Nice view, but Mal functional air condition.

  1% functional air condition - 30 in the room. 28 after 6 h air condition. Bad internet - not for live streams - falling down. Old furniture.

  zepsuta klimatyzacja przy bardzo wysokiej temperaturze na zewnątrz (całe szczęście ostatniego dnia pobytu), opóźniony kontakt z właścicielami apartamentu po zgłoszeniu problemu, w rzeczywistości apartament wygląda nieco inaczej (wymaga już remontu)

  - it was a huge apartment and liked the fact that the bedrooms were separated from the living area. - it was a great location with so many local restaurants - amazing views - great washing machine

  - we arrived on a late flight in and the fourth bed wasn't made up which made us assume there wasn't enough beds to accommodate us. We had to message the host about this and he arrived late at night to make this up himself. - there were no power adaptors to suit European appliances. Although the host delivered these to us at night, this should have been checked prior to our arrival. - the laundry was quite dirty and untidy - the ironing board was broken and the TV would not function - two sofa beds in the lounge room were broken and very dirty underneath the cushions - the broom was broken so we could not sweep and had to request one to be sent to our apartment which didn't arrive until half way through our trip - no toiletries provider apart from hand soap - bad sewerage smell in the large bedroom with the ensuite - very limited kitchen items (i.e., no dishwashing liquid, very minimal pots and pans, etc) - for something marketed as a luxury condominium, it certainly wasn't and we were underwhelmed with the quality.
