La gentillesse de l’hôte (Sava), la vue, l’appartement et son comfort… et les 14 tortues du jardin … :-)

The apartment is decent, but doesn't worth the money.
Comfy furnishings in the apartment, early check-in.
Cheap and worn-out bed sheets; broken trash cans in the kitchen and in the bathroom; leaking shower cabin. It's kinda hard to reach, because there is no sidewalk there, you have to walk on driveway. City tax was already included in the fee on Booking, but owner asks you to leave tax money on check out anyway (i din't).
