A security pin is provided to guests 24 hours prior to arrival. Please note that all properties are self - catered. The properties are cleaned prior to arrival, plus an additional cleaning per week after the first week of arrival. Bed linen and bathroom towels are provided in all properties. All properties are equipped with washing machines. Irons and ironing boards are also available. Additional cleaning can be provided at an extra charge.     Really enjoyed staying in the villa, would definately visit again.

    The location of the villa was excellent, very close to shops and beach, lots of restaurants and bars too. A big thank you to the management team who really were very helpful and responsive to all my requests. They provide large bottles of water and ice on request which was such a nice touch with so many of us in the villa. The maintenance team also responded quickly and replaced a toilet seat and a shower screen. We also asked for the water in the hot tub to be changed (it was getting a lot of use) and this was also sorted quickly. Shout out to Alisa who was very helpful and responded to my voicemails and texts. Nice touch that all towels for beach/pool/shower are provided.

    There were some areas outside around the pool area that need some attention. Loose tiles around the pool edge which need to be secured, could do with some rubber matting around the hot tub, two of us slipped and fell getting out because the tiles are very slippery and not suited for pool side/getting wet (luckily neither of us was hurt too badly). Also noted that there were a few missing mosaic tiles in the pool itself which should be replaced. Would be helpful if all information on the heating/electrics etc was kept in a manual rather than on the walls. None of the bedrooms had a dressing table or designated area for drying hair etc.
