Wonderful, loved the place, Trevor was a great host and understood my delay getting there
Location, size, value for money
Radiator didn’t heat up so needed to use fan heater. Blind fell on my face and cut my lip open

We stayed here for 3 days and 2 nights last week and were very happy with our stay. The apartment was lovely, comfortable, and perfectly located, with stunning sea view. Everything was great, and we felt very welcome. We would definitely recommend this place and would happily stay here again!

Hosts thoughtful: coffee, milk, bath salts, good communication. Great sea views from four windows, including on the pier and the i360. Quiet building.
Some doors under repair, carpet, can be hot on 7th floor in summer (but good windows and air flow)

Excellent, perfect location, great host and full amenities. Clean and comfortable.
The apartment was perfect. Excellent location, right on the seafront and near to Brighton. The apartment was immaculate which all the amentities you could need. The decor was lovely and very clean. Great communication from our hosts. Our host was there on time to meet us and was lovely and explained everything to us and also some recommendations where to eat etc. I will definately be returning and recommending this property if you are ever in Brighton. Apartment also has a sea view even though it is not facing the front so lovely to sit at night and look out the window at the sea.
The apartment was a bit small if you like a large apartment but we found it a perfect size for a couple. The space has been used really well and we found it perfect. Lift is an old fashioned lift and the apartment is on the 7th floor so you may need to use it. It worked perfectly well when we were there just a note if you don't like lifts.

Appartement idéalement situé avec une très belle vue sur la jetée. Logement très fonctionnel ( cuisine très bien équipée) et très beau : tout, dans le moindre détail, est art déco. On s'y sent très bien. Calme également. Trevor, qui nous a accueillies, nous a bien tout expliqué avec beaucoup de gentillesse. Et la bouteille de lait a été bien appréciée.
Rien, tout était parfait.
