    Good location and cosy cottage

    Amazing location and cottage was cosy . Loved being able to watch seals from the window

    Nothing , road closures were an inconvenience, but wr soon figured out a schedule

    Alles wie erwartet. Sehr empfehlenswert

    Sehr "urige" Unterkunft mit einem besonderem Charme. Direkt vor der Haustür eine kleine Bucht mit Robben zu haben ist für Naturliebhaber ein sehr schöner Bonus. Sehr ruhige Lage.

    Nichts, nur einen Geschirrspüler wäre super gewesen, aber dazu fehlt dort leider der Platz.

    Great little cosy cottage

    It's a nice cosy terraced cottage with everything you need for a few nights stay. There's a parking space, a terrace in the garden and walking distance from the pub. The view is beautiful!

    The only few suggestions we would have are: . the mattresses . curtains not being blackouts . and no blind on the velux in the bedroom. We were 4 adults and all of us found that the mattresses could be better. The number 9 next door has a blind on the velux. Something similar would be great in the bedroom to avoid waking at 5am every morning. I gave a 'non smiling' emoji for the location but it's because of where Portanhaven is on Islay. It's about 40mn from the main towns like Bowmore and most of the road from Bowmore is on single track after Port Charlotte and full of pot holes.

    Lovely cottage in fantastic location.

    Location is amazing. Cottage is full of character and has all the amenities you need - decent wi fi, plenty of hot water, kitchen stuff.
