    Huge appartment with lots of space, great aircon and facilities.

    Very large size and lots of space, beds were very comfortable. Pool was great

    Was close to the beach but only a small area of the beach, a bit of a walk to the main bit. One of the showered couldn’t be raised up so difficult to use and the en suite bathroom was a little leaky but otherwise great facilities.

    Most inconsiderate and deceitful

    Nothing because booking was cancelled an hour before I checked in.

    Poor communication and lack of commitment to patrons. No common courtesy. Inconvenienced my wife and I considerably. Caused me to spend money on accommodation as it was last minute and the mercy of hotels. Travelled from NZ to be disappointed by last minute cancellations. They should be penalized and I should receive compensation.
