    Clean and well-kept, well-equipped property. Good location if you want to be closer to the coast. Easy 10 min drive to Margaret river town, but it is pitch dark after sunset so navigate with caution.

    We visited in mid-June. Do note that there is no heat pump although portable heaters are provided. While a small supply of wood was provided for the fireplace, we recommend to buy your own kindling from the gas station. As the fire burns out by the early hours, it gets very cold in the living/dining areas in the morning.

    A clean, spacious and well‑located accommodation. A great family stay we’d happily recommend.

    We had a wonderful stay and the location was a standout as it was just a short distance to the local beaches, peaceful throughout the day, and only a 15 min drive into the main Margaret River township, which made everything super convenient for our family. The house itself was super clean on arrival and really well‑equipped. We had everything we needed to prepare meals, and the spacious layout gave the kids plenty of room for activities without feeling cramped. One of our favourite parts of the stay was enjoying meals out on the deck while taking in the beautiful view. It was such a perfect way to start and end each day.

    The only thing we would have loved (not a deal‑breaker, just a nice‑to‑have) was air‑conditioning throughout the house, as the rooms at the far end did get quite warm later in the day. Aside from that, everything was fantastic, and we truly enjoyed our time here.
