    Stayed many times as always all were perfect location

    Leaking from kitchen sink but the manager got it sorted once we reported it

    Excellent

    The appartment definitely lives up to the luxury in its name. Lovely, clean and spacious! All bedrooms with aircons. Loved the ground floor for easy access. Found the few condiments to use in the kitchen most thoughtful.

    I found kitchen utensils to be poor considering the rest of the what the appartment offers but that did not spoil our stay there.

    The place has a bad vibe same as the people that runs it.

    Nothing to like

    The place seemed clean but was dusty when we checked in . My kids got a rash on their body for swimming in the pool on day one. The pool was dirty and not maintained at all for whole week we stayed at the place. There’s nothing luxurious about the place it’s really cheap inside, kitchen draws lined with old damp dry newspaper, old towel, the beds are hard and the bed sheets were doona cover . We unfortunately had to dealt with a bunch of crooks and liars about the pool that we paid for and were unable to use due to the quality and cleanliness of the water
