    Location was great with walk to river. Great holiday with visits to Cathedral cove, hot springs beach.

    Outside room was very hot during the day.

    Cushion definately needs to be replaces and sofa is screaming to be washed.

    We were very happy with our stay and hope to come back there sometime.

    A very comfortable, convenient space. We found everything we needed. We were out playing bowls most of each day so didn't get to enjoy much of the home. The beds were comfortable and the rooms well lit.

    The stairs are pretty hairy. A bedside lamp in the sleepout would be handy as the ligh switch is way over the othe side.
