    The pool and beach was wonderful. Great location, staff were pleasant and helpful

    They got very confused with bills and charged orders to wrong rooms as we travelled as a group.

    Disappointing Experience We were very disappointed to be charged an additional fee because a face washer had some makeup on it. This seems unreasonable, as normal makeup stains should be part of routine hotel laundry unless the item is permanently damaged. The charge left us feeling that the hotel was more interested in making extra money than providing good customer service. This has left a negative impression, and we would think twice before staying here again.

    The sunsets by the pool

    The staff were not very friendly or welcoming , did feel very welcome at all during our stay , at the end they wanted to charge us for a face washer and I was like ummm there is no way we would take a face washer and he is like well one is missing and I’m like we didn’t take one , after talking to them they finally agree not to pass on the charge , I would suggest to everyone to count all towels hand towels each day if they were going to charge you , we also had to pay for a glass jar that they placed on the edge of a chair with bath salts that my daughter accidentally knocked off , they didn’t care that it was a accident and that where they placed the jar it was bound to happen

    Amazing views and huge suite

    Quiet location, no road or street noise Easy to walk to night markets & supermarket Close to laundry facilities Huge suite room Amazing views Great breakfast selection Comfy bed Airport transfers Welcome fruit platter and towel animals on bed

    Fridge in room didn't work & our drinks were never cold. Check in process was long and tedious Bath plug did not work. Unable to fill bath
