  L’emplacement, l’idéal tout près de la plage. La tranquillité du lieu. La vue de la terrasse était magnifique. Tout était impeccable.

  Je trouve dommage qu’il n’avait qu’une seule clé pour entrée au Bungalow.

  Excellent location, but unfortunately a disappointing overall experience

  The location of the house is absolutely excellent — just a 30-second walk from the beach. The area is not overly crowded, and the view is beautiful. The sea and the water in this area are truly amazing, which is definitely the biggest advantage of this property.

  The house is not in the best condition. We experienced problems with the blinds, the windows, and the water pressure in the bathroom. Hot water is a real problem at this property — you can wait around 20 minutes for the water to heat up, and once it does, there is usually only enough hot water for one person. This is particularly inconvenient when staying with several people. Cleanliness is also not one of the property's strong points. In addition, there is only one air-conditioning unit for the entire house, and during very hot days it simply cannot properly cool the bedrooms. This can make sleeping quite uncomfortable. The layout of the building is also rather strange. The upper part of the building, including the terrace overlooking the sea, belongs to a different rental unit. Depending on the situation, having another group of guests directly above you can be quite disturbing and affects the feeling of privacy. Parking is another significant issue for more than 1 car. The property has only one designated parking space, even though there are several parking spaces within the complex. During our stay, there were days when as many as 10 parking spaces were unused. We asked the management if they could help us get in touch with the neighbors who were not using their spaces on those particular days, with the intention of paying them to use one. Unfortunately, the staff were very dismissive about this request every single time and instead suggested that we park in a parking area approximately 1.5 km away from the house. Considering that parking in the immediate area is extremely limited, finding a parking space can become quite an adventure. Regarding the neighbors, the ones on the right side of the house were exceptional — friendly, respectful, and considerate. Unfortunately, the neighbors on the left side were extremely loud and disturbing, both during the day and late into the evening.

  pozitia vilei pe plaja

  Tratamentul umilitor care ne-a fost aplicat de gazda. Ne-a lasat sa dormim pe afara 7 ore noaptea, fara medicamente si fara bani si bagaje pentru ca imediat cuma am ajuns la 1 noaptea, iesind pe terasa din fata vilei, am gresit si am inchis usa uitand cheia inauntru, fara sa ne fi prevenit cineva ca acea usa are acest sistem nefericit. Gazda ne-a spus la telefon ca nu se trezeste ea la ora aceea (2a.m.) ca sa vina sa ne ajute. Dupa ce ne-a spus ca probabil va veni la ora 10 sa ne dea cheia de rezerva am chemat politia, si a trimis un lacatus care a spart yala a doua zi la ora 7 si care ne-a taxat cu 100 euro. Execrabil, lipsit de empatie, inuman, injositor. O rugasem sa vina mai repede pentru ca sotia mea avea medicamentele inauntru in bagaje, insa nu am induplecat-o sub nici un chip. Mizerie, gandaci, aparate electrocasnice vechi, frigier mizerabil Are niste vecini greci, proprietari, care tipa non stop, in vacarmul lor deabia puteam sa ne auzim. Nu am prea stat pe acasa pentru ca pur si simplu dupa ora 14 nu se putea sta pe terasa din cauza tipetelor vecinilor. Se certau, se impacau, ei tipau continuu. Apa calda pe boiler. Un boiler caruia daca nu iiintrerupeam curentul riscam sa murim in baie. A fost instructiune speciala, sa dam jos siguranta(vezi si in poze). Doamne fereste sa scape copilul sa se spale pe maini...
