Security Deposit: 1. A refundable £345 security deposit - required before check-in and is processed securely via Stripe as a temporary hold on the guest’s card. No money is taken unless damage or an issue is reported at check-out. Holds are released automatically 72 hours after check out once the property has been inspected. 2. A £39.50 nonrefundable host provided Damage Waiver per stay, which replaces the deposit up to £345. The waiver covers minor accidental damages and is paid via invoice before arrival. Check-in details are provided 1 hour prior to arrival only once pre-arrival requirements as above are complete.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.

    Had a great time - comfy premises, and easy access by car to Portsmouth to visit attractions.

    Easy to find - parking outside was limited at night, but there were places nearby. Handy amenities at the end of the road. Quite close to nearby beach, either walking or driving, with car parking available on sea-front. (payable). The house was lovely, clean, tidy and had everything we needed. The renovation was modern and pleasing. Nice to sit at the garden table for breakfast in the sun, and the games table was an added bonus.

    Nothing to complain about really - but the stairs are steep, and maybe a hand-rail from the middle section to the top for the less able in the party. Perhaps a couple of tea bags etc. in the storage containers for arrival after a long journey. However, it was a lovely stay and this is only a suggestion.
