Excellent hotel met schitterend uitzicht
Super ruime, schone kamers. Van alles voorzien. Schitterend uitzicht over de brug en water vanaf 12e verdieping.
Lag iets verder bij Kobe centrum dan verwacht. Maar goed te bereiken met trein. Zwembad is alleen zomers open.

まずロピーでの受付スタッフの対応が悪く、予約が出来ていないように言われ結局は出来ていたのに、謝罪もなく何事もなかったかのように部屋の説明をされた。一蓮さんだから… こちらは主人と来ていてまたが、後の椅子にすわって待っていて、予約ができてなかったらとドキドキしました。 リクエストには、結婚記念日ということと、空きがあれば上の部屋をとかいていましたが… その事にはなにも触れず4階ですと言われました。 部屋に入ると、TVが見れず、フロントに伝えましたが、フロントの人と、整備の人2人も来てかれこれ30分程ボーッとして待ってました。部屋を変えてもらいたかったが、TVがついたからいいのでしょう… 当たり前ができていなかったのに… 後、部屋の換気でしょうか？小さくしても 寝ている時ににうるさくて気になって寝れなかったです… 寝不足で朝方に2時間程ねれたのですが、起きたら8時前で慌てました 朝、お風呂にもいきたかったのに…こんな事初めてでした。 9時頃遅めの朝食に💦 良しも悪しも忘れられない記念日ホテルになりました。 年なんでしょうね もう少し気遣いがあっても…と感じました
