Staff was very certious and friendly. Although room was clean, bathroom was outdated and balcony off room was not clean. Also, located over one mile from downtown where most restaurants and shops are located

Laguna Cove Hotel was a wonderful experience. The staff was super helpful and check in was easy. Enjoyed waking up to the sound of the waves each morning. Bathroom was spotless. And the extra unexpected amenities were such a nice touch. Will be back again.
