    Wir haben dieses Appartement rechtzeitig gebucht und konnten uns über einen wirklich gutes Preisleistungs-Verhältnis freuen. Die Wohnung liegt wirklich 3 min. vom Strand entfernt und bietet einen eigenen Parplatz,was in Laboe sehr von Vorteil ist. Der Balkon ist auch ein großes Plus.

    Leider haben wir hier wirklich ein wenig zu meckern. Mit Buchung der Wohnung erhielten wir die Info,dass ein Wäschepaket für 15€ pro Person zu überweisen ist. Als wir dann einen Monat später bezahlen wollten, kam auf einmal die Info,dass es sich verteuert hat auf 20€ pro Person...sprich 80€!! für das Wäschepaket für 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder. In der Wohnung angekommen; die große Überraschung...es war kein einziges Bett bezogen und kein Handtuch vorhanden. Nach Rücksprache mit dem Vermieter wurden die Wäschepakete uns dann in die Wohnung gelegt...wir durften dann abends alles selbst beziehen...Service 0, Kulanz vom Vermieter 0; Da s auf alle Fälle kein guter Umgang. Zur Wohnung: der größte Vorteil ist die gute Lage. Ansonsten alles sehr lieblos in der Wohnung gestaltet, Besteckschublade befindet sich Im Flur; sehr unpraktisch.. Die Matratze im Schalfzimmer ist so weich,man liegt fast auf dem Latenrost. Für ein Wochenende okay...für länger auf gar keinen Fall!
