Lovely summer house, great location, but in need of renewal
Great location at the top of the beach. Walkable to taverna, bars etc. Short drive to airport. Air conditioning worked well. We enjoyed sitting out on the veranda. Washing machine was great to have. Plenty of internal space.
Really in need of modernisation. The kitchen and shower room both need upgraded. External shutters need latches to stop them flapping in the wind. Few hazards in the garden that need fixed. Most things could be relatively easily fixed.

Position, house dimension an terrace
Mosquito nets are not on all windows. Windows should be changed. House is old (kitchen, bathroom), but still functional.
