    Great location, easy access.

It is an apartment constructed from a shop or garage. Consequently almost no window and minimal possibility of air circulation, despite A/C. The room smells musty and although the bathroom is nice, it is moldy. It is simply because the apartment cannot be well aired out. The sofa bed is very used.
