Terrible experience. I booked and paid for the apartment after the host confirmed it was available, only to arrive and discover it was already occupied. I was left waiting for hours with no proper solution, which completely ruined my trip and forced me to return home. Extremely disappointing and unprofessional handling. I would not recommend.
