    Horrible experience with staff and their communication with each other as well as their guests the location is good but

    The location was great and the apartment was decent

    The beds were bouncy and hard and seemed smaller than what was expected but the staff and the experience from the time we were supposed to check in was horrible. Confirmed a day earlier to check in at 11am as our flight was coming in before 2pm and they agreed 11am was fine. The day came and nobody was at the office and when I finally got a hold of the booking person they were clueless as to me checking in earlier and the property manager was 40 minutes away and we had cold stuff in the car plus a crying sleepy baby and it was raining plus we told them the day before we had a bbq to attend at midday as we were coming g to Queensland for a family birthday and we had to be late to the event because of the staff as we wouldn’t be back until night time and then when it came to checking out they offered us compensation but wouldn’t say how much and as of 2 days after checking out there has been no communication about said compensation and even after messaging asking for an update we have been ignored for 2 days. Will not book with them ever again they turned our stay into such a stressful time from checking in to even after checking out

    Even though we had a tropical storm it didn’t stop us from exploring the area which was beautiful.

    The location was perfect and a beautiful sized apartment

    Superb

    Great size unit, plenty of room for us all and the kids enjoyed the living space. Wonderful location, nice walk to the beach and also to Bulcock Beach. Will definitely go back there.
