    A lovely location & property with potential, just needs some TLC.

    The location was great, really convenient and fabulous views. Great communication about the property prior to our stay and during.

    The property has a lot of potential but needs some TLC and updating. The furniture is quite old, not enough pegs to hang out washing, some crockery chipped & main lights in bedrooms not working.

    Comfortable and all we needed.

    Lovely view over the Derwent River. Off street car parking.

    Centipede infestation in the lower level. Unable to get the oven working.
