Universal charges, excellent entertainment selection, good shower. Weighted blanket.
Could not request late checkout, and left an item in the room. Notified people who advertised the property to collect but no one is responding

Nice location if you don’t need to hire a car
It was very central to where I needed to be in Frankston
There was nowhere to park my car. Each day was a difficult thing to accomplish to not get fined.
