Absolutely wonderful place to stay - highly recommend!
We found the apartment to be clean and comfortable. Absolutely loved sitting on the porch in the evening enjoying the views. Guilia was very accommodating in arranging our transportation to the port and recommending places close by to eat. We would highly recommend staying at her lovely apartment!
Only thing we found to be a challenge (keep in mind we're three old ladies) was getting our luggage downstairs upon check out. We were fortunate that our driver to the apartment was able to carry our luggage upstairs.

I highly recommend this property. The host was accommodating and the apartment exceeded expectations
The location was great. It was in walking distance to the train station and 1.5 miles from the cruise port.
The only negative thing is that the building doesn’t have an elevator. We had to lug heavy luggage up and down 4 flights of stairs.

Perfect seaside stay with great view and comfortable beds
My mom and I stayed for one night prior to a flight out of Rome fumicino airport. It was an incredible last night and the wrap around balcony made for the most amazing sunset with a glass of Tuscan wine. It is a short ride to the main tourist area but there are some food options nearby. It was early October but I was still able to jump in at the nearby beach, a 2 min walk from the front door. Giulia was extremely responsive and her place is very modern and very spacious and comfortable. Her electronic guestbook is extremely professional and helpful and it was a really perfect stay. Thank you Giulia!!
