Originally built in the early 1900s for Paul Singerman, the home is an excellent example of Craftsman-style architecture, granted landmark status by the city of Seattle in 2015. Common areas include a living room with oak fireplace, a library, a koi pond and an in-ground heated swimming pool with poolside patio. Family owned and operated.
