  We stayed at Seaty Luxury Apartment for 8 days with my three friends, and I can honestly say that all four of us were absolutely delighted with our stay! The location is perfect, very close to the beach, and the sea view is simply magnificent. The terrace is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the breathtaking sunsets. 😊 Gianis was an excellent host, always available and ready to help, with quick solutions to any questions we had. The apartment has everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. I would also like to highly recommend the airport transfer that Gianis arranged for us, as we arrived very late. Everything went perfectly and completely stress-free. A special thank you to our lovely taxi driver, Nikos! 😊 I highly recommend staying here — we had a wonderful experience, and I will definitely come back again! 😊

  Our stay at Seaty Luxury Apartment was absolutely wonderful and honestly exceeded all our expectations. The apartment itself is beautiful, spacious, spotlessly clean and incredibly comfortable. It is clear from the moment you arrive that a lot of thought and care has gone into every single detail. It truly has everything you could possibly need — from the bigger things that make a stay comfortable to all those small, thoughtful details that you usually don't even expect to find in a holiday apartment. We genuinely felt at home from the very first day. The location is fantastic — close to the beach, restaurants and everything you need, while having a private parking space is an enormous advantage in Chania. The apartment is wonderfully equipped, the balconies are lovely, and everything was exactly as we had hoped — actually, even better. But what made our stay truly special was our host, Giannis. It is difficult to put into words how kind, attentive and genuinely caring he was. He was always there whenever we needed advice or help, gave us wonderful recommendations, helped us with practical things and regularly made sure that everything was perfect. When something important happened in the area, he immediately contacted us to let us know and make sure we were informed. We never felt like we were simply guests renting an apartment — we felt genuinely looked after. Giannis is one of those rare hosts who doesn't just provide accommodation; he makes you feel welcome, safe and cared for. His kindness and hospitality added something very special to our holiday, and we are sincerely grateful for everything he did for us. After two wonderful weeks in Chania, we left with beautiful memories not only of Crete, but also of this apartment and its exceptional host. If we return to Chania, we wouldn't even think about looking for another place to stay. We would choose Seaty Luxury Apartment again without hesitation.

  Wonderful base to create memories.

  It’s rare to visit a place that actually exceeds your expectations, but Seaty Apartment is one of those places. From the moment we arrived, everything impressed us. The apartment was incredibly spacious, exceptionally clean, and even larger than the photos suggested, which is almost unheard of. Usually it’s the other way around. The large bathroom, comfortable beds, excellent lighting, and large balcony with a beautiful direct view of the sea made it a wonderful place to relax with a morning coffee or Greek frappé, with everything you need in the kitchen to make one. The location couldn’t have been better. Just a few steps from the beautiful sea, with plenty of restaurants and cafés nearby, it’s also the perfect base for exploring Chania. Whether you’re strolling to Nea Chora, the Venetian Harbour and the old town, or using the private parking space to explore the rest of Crete by car as we did, everything is so convenient. Giannis was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He was instantly responsive, friendly, and reassuring to know was there if we needed anything, although we never did because everything was so well looked after. As a lovely final touch, he surprised us with a bottle of his homemade tsikoudia and some honey before we left. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again on our next visit to Chania. Wonderful memories were made here, and Seaty Apartment was very much a part of them.
