  Unpredictable heavy construction work right above the apartment.

  We stayed here for 12 nights and unfortunately had a highly disruptive experience. When booking this apartment, there was no mention of any construction work in the description, and we were not pre-warned. From September 9th onwards, a heavy construction site became active directly above our heads, building a completely new floor. The noise from hammering, industrial drilling and grinding echoed loudly through all the walls. Because of this, sleeping in or resting during the afternoon was impossible for us inside the flat, as we were repeatedly woken up by construction noise before 08:00 AM. Additionally, on September 12th, a massive construction crane was parked right outside the window to lift building materials onto the roof. Furthermore, due to the construction works, the internet cables were temporarily disconnected, leaving us completely without Wi-Fi for 2.5 days, which severely disrupted our daily routine. When we addressed these issues, the host showed very little understanding for our request for fair compensation and even argued that our Genius loyalty discounts should justify the disturbances. Only after a long discussion did he issue a 23% partial refund and waived the eco tax, but this compensation was completely inadequate and disproportionate to the severe daily noise we had to endure. Searching for a suitable alternative accommodation on Gozo was impossible at such short notice, as it is peak holiday season. Therefore we had to remain in the apartment until the end of our stay. If you are looking for a peaceful and reliable holiday home, we cannot recommend this place under the current conditions.

  Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem, spokojna okolica, dobra lokalizacja, dobrze wyposażony apartament, czysto, przestronny salon, dwie łazienki.

  Konieczność posiadania monet tylko w dwóch nominałach w celu uruchomienia klimatyzacji. Opłata za klimatyzację powinna być ujęta w cenie wynajmu apartamentu.

  Excellent get away in Xlendi

  The apartment is clean , comfortable and close to all amenities and has a great view, Daniel was a great host and we thoroughly enjoyed our break in Xlendi

  Overall uncomfortable stay for the price

  Overall large clean and tidy. Great new large fridge and freezer. Nice view. A/C in the 2 bedrooms so comfy sleep (Paid)

  Stairs are awkward to walk up to the accommodation. No air-conditioning in the main area tv meals area. Constantly HOT making it very uncomfortable. Not appropriate blockout on blinds. Just a portable fan. Not an easy walk to the bay as it's a steep hill.
