The apartment itself was spacious and comfortable but requires updating and considerable maintenance. Main dining sitting room badly damage d floor tile just had a loose small rug thrown over, not ideal for young children 18 months and 4 years old. Many power outlets damaged, One of the portable pedestal fan broken and not working. Luckily bedrooms aircon's worked or it would have been unbearable. Pool was absolutely useless for our family, access very difficult and not suitable for young children no shade at all in pool area. All in all the apartment was not suitable for young children. It's accessibility being the main problem.

The views was the the only good thing about it.
