The apartment is spacious, beautifully furnished, very clean, and offers a wonderful view. It is well-equipped with many useful appliances. There is a convenient grocery store right across the street, and the surrounding area offers many great restaurants and entertainment options. Communication with the host was excellent; she was very helpful and responsive when the Wi-Fi stopped working due to a provider issue. She also recommended a fantastic taxi service (Green Taxi), which we highly recommend!Tip for future guests: For swimming, we recommend walking about half a kilometer further down the coast towards Durrës, past the floating water park. The beaches there are much cleaner.
The apartment has great potential, but there are a few minor downsides. While it feels renovated, the bathrooms still need attention – the shower head holder keeps falling off and there is some minor mold along the edges of the shower cabin. The biggest issue for us was the lack of storage space for clothes. Despite having two bedrooms, one wardrobe was completely locked, and the other was mostly filled with the host's belongings, leaving guests with just a few shelves and one drawer.Regarding the location, the beach directly in front of the building is accessed via a very dirty path full of trash. Garbage is a widespread issue in the country, and both local hosts and municipalities need to address this, as it creates a bad image and discourages tourists.Lastly, our booking experience was stressful. We were forced to stay here after our original accommodation canceled due to a power issue. When that issue was fixed the next day and we asked to cancel this booking, the host refused to help or offer any flexibility, stating we would have to pay the full price anyway. While legally within her rights, a bit more empathy in an emergency situation would have been highly appreciated.

Apartamentai prie pat jūros. Šalia parduotuvė ir vietinių ūkininkų krautuvėlės. Galima nusipirkti šviežių daržovių ir vaisių. Erdvi terasa, atsiveria nuostabus vaizdas į jūrą. Viskas SUPER AČIŪ 🤩😊😁
Nepatiko, kad nėra prie pat šiukšlių konteinerių. Bet tai ne apartamentų problema, o pačio Golem miesto problema ir visos Albanijos.🙄
