  The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. The beautiful sea view and the short walking distance to the beach were definite highlights. The reason we are not giving it a full score is that there were several maintenance issues. The kitchen tap handle was loose, the mattress in the master bedroom was very hard and uncomfortable, and the washing machine was standing on only two feet because the other two were broken. We also found small ants on the floor near the large living room windows, the clothes drying rack was rusty and unusable, and there was a sewage smell in the bathroom that came and went. We also noticed several issues related to maintenance and cleanliness. There were loose or exposed electrical wires in one of the bedrooms and on the balcony, which we believe should be repaired for safety reasons. There were signs of a water leak around the air conditioner, and the overall maintenance and cleanliness of the apartment could have been better. A vacuum cleaner would have been useful, as it is easy to bring sand back after visits to the beach. In addition, there were stains on the dining chairs and the rug, which made the apartment feel less clean and inviting. It would also have been helpful to have an information booklet in the apartment with practical information, such as the cost of using the swimming pool, where to dispose of rubbish, and some tips about the local area. We were a family of four, but only three rolls of toilet paper were provided. Once these were used, we had to buy more ourselves. A few more basic supplies for the start of the stay would have been appreciated. Communication with the owner's assistant was very good. We received great help arranging transport from the airport, and they provided us with a product so that we could deal with the ant problem ourselves. Finally, we found it unusual to pay the owner in cash.

  Très bel appartement, idéalement placé, quartier proche de plusieurs bons restaurants, non bondés de monde. Dommage que

  Sa proximité de la plage, sa vue incroyable sur la mer, très bien équipé malgré une cafetière inexistante et une bouilloire en panne. Mais cafetière rapidement livrée le lendemain de notre arrivée. (Merci) Golem est un endroit à l’écart des plages et quartiers surpeuplés de Duress. 👍

  Le payement en cash et uniquement possible en cash, m’a fortement surpris. Comment Booking accepte t’il un tel fonctionnement ? (La corruption et le blanchiment d’argent ne seront pas éradiqués avec de telles façons de fonctionner) L’accès à la piscine a 10€ / jour par personne, ce qui n’est clairement pas explicite dans l’annonce. Draps inadaptés à la dimension de la literie ( trop petit). Matelas en fin de vie. Le manque de place pour se garer, et la privation sauvage de certaines rues par des soi-disant hôtels ou résidences.
