    Lovely house - could be even better

    Lovely house with fabulous views in a very convenient spot near all amenities. Located in a quiet spot with excellent privacy. Wonderful outdoor deck and lawn with comfortable furniture. Nice bathrooms with good showers. At least two car parking spaces. I would return.

    Attention to detail for guests' comfort seemed lacking. We arrived in a heatwave and all the blinds were open with the air-conditioning off. The house was therefore scorching. The bedding in the master bedroom was either a thin sheet or very thick winter quilt with no medium option. I agree with previous comments that the double beds could easily be replaced with larger ones. There was only 1 tea towel and no oven gloves. The kitchen would benefit from a microwave. The crockery is too chunky for the dishwasher. Visitors from overseas need instructions about how the waste and recycling is organised.

    Wonderful property in an excellent location! We would definitely return!

    Great location to explore the local area (close to beaches, Northern Rivers Rail Trail, bushwalking, Byron Bay). Close to shops and tavern (delicious meals). Extremely comfortable mattresses (everyone slept well) and the inside was spotless on arrival. Could hear the ocean at night. Great house!

    Outside decks hadn't been cleaned/mopped prior to our arrival, but the property manager was responsive in supplying a requested mop and bucket so I could attend to this myself (deck has lovely view of the trees/oceans so we used the deck for yoga and afternoon drinks). The large main bedroom only had a double bed - it definitely needs at least a queen size bed here, but the room could well accommodate a king bed (highly recommend). My husband slept with one of the kids in this bed as it wouldn't have been possible to accommodate two adults. Microwave would be a good addition to the kitchen.

    Great place to stay for a family or small group.

    Great location. Short distance to the shops. Lovely home with views from the deck. Plenty of space for a family group.
