Great time in Prassas
The villa was very beautiful, beautiful design and excellent view, Nikos explained everything and we easily did a check-in, a nice surprise was some basic products in the fridge, beers and snacks. The villa is close to the airport in Heraklion (10 minutes), for us, it doesn't matter, but it is important to note this. In Crete there is a problem with crickets, another thing to know (not related to the villa) that interferes with the holiday experience. We enjoyed it very much and highly recommend it Seaview serenity villa
Problems in air conditioner in the salon, in the rooms it's work ok

Location is excellent, highway is right next to it so you can get to places fast and convenient. The house has parking for up to 4 cars and easy to get in and out of. The workout equipment is a nice touch and the pool was excellent, featuring full depth throughout itself which is nice for adults but maybe not ideal for kids, at about 1.6m depth or so. Rooms are nice and spacious, featuring all the basics one could need. The kitchen is very well equipped (except we couldn't find scissors) and has a nice fridge and kitchen island setup, comfortable for several people to make food at the same time. Upstairs space features a smaller lounge and work room with a couch and single bed as well as a dedicated bathroom. The rooms are split up where 3 are in the downstairs floor, the main floor is kitchen and living room and then upstairs is the already mentioned extra lounge/work space with an extra bed. The house is very esthetically pleasing, checking in and overall service was smooth.
The outdoor shower that you would want to use before and or after the pool is in a completely different place than the pool, making its usage very inconvenient and so we just used a nearby watering hose instead. Living room does not have any air conditioning and while the basement floor remains comfortable to be in (although AC in the basement rooms is central so all rooms must be the same temperature) living room and the upstairs lounge/work room are not comfortable during hot days. The upstairs space does feature a small air conditioner and the living room has a fan, but even with all the blinds closed and the fan and air conditioner running at max power we still found it too warm up there.
