  We were texted by the property early in the day when our room became available and allowed to check in well ahead of schedule. Staff was friendly. The room had a private screened-in porch that offered great views of the marsh and waterways behind the property. The pool was clean and a pleasure to swim in. The nearby hot tub was toasty. Serveral people were fishing from the deck. It's a reasonably short walk to the beach, with several restaurants and an arcade along the way. The bathroom floorplan was peculiar, with three doors, but met our needs. Beds were comfortable.

  Rented from this place cause it was two bed rooms and had a washer and dryer. The dryer wasnt working i reported it to the front desk where she said someone would be up to look at it no one came when we were there and if they came after we left then they never fixed it spent the whole night and next moening trying to dry our wash had to go to a laundry may to dp wash. The second bed room lile a clpset with a bed in it the bed against the wall on the side and the foot of the bed. At midnight the guy in the room next to us wpuld be yelling put to his buddy who was foshing on the dock. At midnight. Pool open 10 am to 10 but every nornimg there was two ladies swimming and talking very loud and yelling up to the friends who qere seatting out on there porch. If u want peace ans quite then dont stay here. Also when high tode comes in they close the bridge and u cant go pver the road its shut down by the pier and and the bridge.if u need a two bed room for fpur adults dont bpok this room. I said to tje fromt desk lady thay the dryer wasnt working yet and she says oh u shohld have said something i wpuld have gave you a different room. Hello ur in charger u shpuld have checked in with us. Will not book this place wver again. Very disappointed

  Our stay

  The customer service was very good, our room wasn’t ready on time, but only a 30 minute difference. The room had everything you needed: full kitchen with supplies, washer and dryer, clean, TV’s… The view was beautiful, a major plus, but the place smelled really bad! as if it had been smoked, a lot! and the beds were awful, the mattress was extremely uncomfortable and we’re pushed against the wall; for two people it was pretty bad getting in and out of the bed. Overall I would give it 3-stars

  Do NOT recommend.

  Do NOT book at this hotel unless you want to end up leaving. We booked through hotels.com and checked in at 4:30. Their office closes at 5:00 (really?!), shortly after we got to the room my son began coughing due to the mildew smell, also my husband has an autonomic disorder and began feeling sick from the odor. We called hotels.com and then spoke to the property manager who was rude, not understanding at all (even if I provided a doctor’s note), and REFUSED to give us our money back for any of the nights at all despite us leaving and not staying at all. We are beyond furious, disappointed, and DO NOT recommend this place AT ALL. Zero stars!! We could have handled the place otherwise, however, it is definitely NOT like the pictures represent online. I have NEVER had an issue like this staying at any hotel or resort in the past in Myrtle Beach or surrounding areas; she needs some major training in customer service!!! 😡
