booking.com sucks
When my wife booked the stay with booking.com it looked good price was really overrated. Also when we got there, they gave us a bottom of the barrel room when we paid over $7000 for this stay definitely not going through booking.com ever again

Excelentes vacaciones en akumal
Muy buena atención del personal, se notaba que estaban atentos y preocupados, buenos bares, la comida estaba buena! tiene 3 piscinas todas son grandes y bien atendidas, siempre había reposeras disponibles. La habitación era grande, limpia y agradable. tenia todo lo que necesitamos Volveria el próximo año
Podrian prestar asistencia para el traslado del aeropuerto al hotel, aunque lo cobren, ya que los transportes del aeropuerto son ridiculamente caros, el doble de lo que salio el taxi de vuelta

No Vanity / Table with Mirror & Lights for the Ladies to fix and touch up themselves especially when it’s a Wedding Destination event/venue. Messages from Mgmt said ALL INCLUSIVE for Preferred Club Guests which included other Spirits/Alcohol not available to standard guests, and yet I was charged and told that the Sake and Sapporo Beer at Himitsu was not included in the “All Inclusive as Preferred Club Guests)! So that’s a STRIKE for FALSE ADVERTISEMENT! They need to correct their messages for high paying Preferred Club Guests so they don’t get caught off guard! Also almost didn’t get seated at Himitsu cuz we didn’t make reservations! Again, they’re Messages said Preferred Club Guests DOES NOT NEED TO MAKE RESERVATIONS!
