El trato de todo el personal que labora en las instalaciones fue excelente, muy amables, calidos y serviciales
No me gusto que nos abordaran en cuanto llegamos al hotel para vendernos paquetes que ofrece el hotel y no me gusto que el equipo de Unlimited Vacations no respetara los 90 minutos de charla de venta, llevandose casi 3 horas

it’s very confusing, layout and easy to get lost. The rooms were nice, but some of the areas needed some work.
Beautiful location. staff were amazing
security staff was militant about not being allowed to even be on the beach after hours.
