The customer service for this resort was EXCELLENT ! I enjoyed the Sea Grill restaurant and Portifino's

The staff was great. Everyone super friendly. We had been staying at the Waldorf first and I will say the Conciege at this property far exceeded them! Jose (?) the lead concierge was outstanding helping us with a few extra things we needed (I brought a small dog who needed a vet test to get home. He arranged everything with very short notice and put me at ease. My son got stomach sick and he had meds sent up) He was awesome!
Main areas need to be renovated.
