    The staff are very welcoming . There are good connections to the railway system. There was a washer/dryer in the room.

    Comfortable by small

    The location was great, and the staff was extremely helpful

    The room was small, as expected. What we didn't expect was for our bed to be squeezed between two wall/windows We only had half a metre or so at the end of the bed that was not beside a wall This meant getting into bed from the end Room 701 was not designed for more than a single bed.

    Great place to stay in Ginza.

    Location was fabulous. Apartment with kitchen and W\D. Great staff. Very clean.

    A bit cramped. Biggest issue was the messaging suggested self-check in which is always worrisome. But in reality there was staff to greet you and get you oriented.
