  The property that manages the apartment is amazing. Their service is first class. The property is well equipped, great location. Larger than it looks in the pictures.

  Slow to respond to concerns/issues re: insects

  The location is great. Easy to find restaurants and the sea and the beach are just two blocks away. Other amenities like grocery stores are also nearby.

  The lack of a response from the property about the infestation of roaches. I saw them immediately when I checked in and opened the fridge and there were small ones in the crevices. The place looked clean, but the roaches were at home there - in the bathroom, kitchen, living space, etc. I fractured my index finger trying to kill a roach. Also, there was no laundry/drying rack, so I was unable to use the washing machine. I ended up leaving the place sooner than my checkout date due to what I perceived as a lack of concern for my well-being. Though they did send someone TWICE to fumigate. That meant that I had to plan and reschedule to allow someone to enter the unit. I was surprised that they did not send someone to supervise the fumigation. That was uncomfortable and unprofessional. They also delivered the laundry/drying rack on the day before my 10 a.m. check out, which meant that my clothes would likely NOT be dry by check out time. They did not offer to extend my check out time. I consistently requested a partial refund and they refunded about $60 of the $255 for a 7-day stay. Overall, this was NOT an ideal experience.

  Modern apartment with gas stove and washing machine which is great. There's also a small private outside area to get sun. The neighborhood is safe and there is always a security guard at the entrance.

  There could have been more cutlery (I think there was only one fork).

  A pleasant stay in a chilled location

  Great location in Sea Point.

  The Key to the gate does not work. A few reviews have mentioned that the key does not work, I think it is about time to get it fixed. Thankfully the security guards were always willing to assist in opening the gate.
