    The house was spacious, modern, and had a nice backyard and deck, but there were several issues that made our stay less comfortable than expected. The biggest concern was that the listing did not clearly show that stairs are required to access the home from both the front and back. The rear stairs were visible in the photos, but the front stairs were not clearly disclosed. Since both of us have mobility issues and we had an elderly dog with us, this was a significant problem. The lack of railings on portions of the stairs also made access more difficult and concerning. In addition, none of the TV remotes in the three bedrooms worked, we had to use our own streaming accounts despite the information provided at the house, the kitchen sink leaked underneath, and the towels felt damp and smelled unpleasant. The property has a lot of potential, but the accessibility details should be accurately represented in the listing, and the maintenance and housekeeping issues need to be addressed.

    Cheap and ghetto

    My friends house was close

    Not clean. Wet towels dirty Hot tub. Not ready to enter. Crappy pots and pans. Sheets on beds dirty and lack of maintenance everywhere. Light fixtures hanging from the ceiling. Coffee bar but no sugar in the sugar bowls for coffee. It was replaced with salt. Hidden pet fees which it say may occur but then it's $50 a dog on their discretion.

    Large space and fenced in back yard were great. Close to areas of interest and restaurants. Easy to find and quiet neighborhood. Had bathroom amenities such as shampoo, conditioner and shower gel and big, fluffy towels.

    Owner had rules that were not on Booking, such as no pets on furniture or trash on Monday's (we checked in on Monday and had no idea where can belonged but rules stated you could be fined for not returning can from street). They were trimming the trees so left large piles of branches in driveway and lawn equipment was sitting out in the backyard. Fence would not stay closed (there was only a scrap of material to loop it). Bugs and ants were an issue, owner stated thats part of being in desert - I am from FL and can tell you we have our share of bugs but a proper pest person is needed.

    We would not stay here again!

    Quiet location, conveniently located by gas, stores

    Property was not maintained outside front and backyard, weeds, spider webs all over inside and out, no toilet paper or cleaning supplies, house was dusty,(evidently not cleaned for a while). Front of home overgrown weeds, home was an older manufactured home, which was not listed on site. Inside was not too bad. Minimally maintained. chewed gum in master bedroom (pictures taken of all concerns). Light fixtures hanging from ceiling, not intact. Ant invested. We had to buy ant spray and toilet paper for the 4 days there.

    Wonderful place💖

    Very nice!!! We were there for our daughter’s graduation from NAU. It was so wonderful to have the family under one roof and relax! The hot tub was great too😁
