Wunderschöne Lage am See. Toller Wellnessbereich und Fitnessmöglichkeit. Sehr gutes Essen im Restaurant nebenan. Alles für ein perfektes Wochenende
Parkgebühr zu hoch, kein Destinationcharger. Könnte man für den Preis erwarten.

The location was excellent, close to everything I needed and very convenient for getting around.
Unfortunately, I don't think the overall experience justified the price I paid. 1. **Value for money:** Overall, I found the price too high for the experience and service provided. 2. **Bees on the balcony:** There were so many bees on the balcony that I couldn't use it even once. I had specifically booked a room with a balcony because I enjoy sitting outside. There was a beehive behind the wooden structure, and when I reported the issue, I was told that maintenance would be sent, but nothing was done. 3. **Lake access:** One of the main reasons I booked this hotel was the lake shown in the Booking.com photos, with chairs placed by the water, suggesting that guests could enjoy direct access. However, I found that the lake was fenced off, and I couldn't get close to it at all. This was very disappointing, as the lake was one of the main attractions that influenced my decision to book. 4. **Housekeeping:** The housekeeping service was inconsistent. Sometimes the towels were changed, and sometimes they weren't. The floor was not properly cleaned, and on one occasion, dirty cups were left in the room without being cleaned or replaced. 5. **Spa facilities:** The spa was exceptionally clean, which I appreciated. However, I expected a little more from the facilities. There was a steam room and a sauna, but I was disappointed that there was no small cold-water pool or jacuzzi. **Overall,** the hotel is nice in some respects, but considering the high price, I expected a much better experience. Between the unusable balcony, the lack of lake access, and the inconsistent housekeeping, I honestly don't feel that I got good value for my money. The hotel has potential, but the experience did not justify the price.

Frühstück war sehr zu empfehlen, Abendessen nicht jedermanns Geschmack bezüglich der speziellen Küche. Uns hats gefallen
Check in Recetionistin war leider sehr unfreundlich, der Rest des Persobals dafür extrem nett
