    Great location, nice views of the lake, friendly staff, great breakfast, decent but not very large spa area. Parking is available in front of the building (although a bit catotic). The Butlercard is also super useful and it gives you free passes to the ski lifts and 50% for the nocky flitzer slides. Our room was huge and had a nice balcony overlooking the lake which was amazing. There is also a free snack provided (warm, cooked food) between 2 pm and 3 pm which felt like a well kept secret but was pretty nice.

    This hotel could be so much better with just a tiny bit more attention to detail. The showerhead was downright dirty in our room, the information shared with us regarding our stay was a bit all over the place (no one mentioned that the dinner is not a la carte but a fixed 5-course dinner for a fixed and very high price, I had to dig through the website of the butlercards for the exact details on what it is good for, nobody told us about the snack time at 2 pm etc.), some small details in the spa were a bit disappointing (no toilet paper in the toilet, caulk peeling in many places in the spa etc.) None of these are dealbreakers and all can be solved but they also make your stay a tiny bit frustrating - which at this price-point I expect to avoid.
