    Bad

    Nothing because we could not stay here!!!

    I booked the house and when we got there the flat was booked. I called the number on house and found the owner. I told her that we booked the house not the flat because my mother in-law cant climb stairs and have asthma. The said she will phone me back. She phoned me back with no help and said we must stay in flat. I had to look for other accommodation and I asked my money back. She said she will come back to me after she talked to bookings.com Will never book here again!!

    Superb

    We enjoyed our stay very much. The balcony with chairs to sit outside - the fireplace inside to braai out of the wind. The open spaces between the kitchen and lounge / dining room. The beds were comfortable. Not walking distance, but close enough to the Pick a Pay and OK store. Everything was neat and tidy.

    It was confusing - we thought we are getting the house as it was the picture on the web site, but it was the flat on top of the garage - which was fine - better view but we had my father-in-law with us. He is 85 and found it difficult to climb the 2 set of stairs to the apartment. Please in future - make it very clear that there are steps to climb. We felt so embarrassed. He went with us because we promised that we are going to stay on ground level.
