unfreundlich, unprofessionell nie wieder dieses Hotel
Wir werden dieses Hotel nie wieder besuchen. Trotz massiver Beschwerden über Baulärm wurde uns vom Hoteldirektor und der Rezeption mit der Polizei wie auch anderen Besuchern gedroht, weshalb wir vorzeitig abgereist sind. Zudem wurde das Hotel gehackt und unsere Daten an Dritte weitergegeben. Der Fall liegt unserem Rechtsanwalt vor. Absolut enttäuschend und nicht empfehlenswert!

Unabhängig davon haben wir den Aufenthalt sehr genossen
Besonders gut gefallen haben uns die großzügige Größe des Apartments, der hauseigene Wellnessbereich sowie die günstige Lage mit der Nähe zum Stadtzentrum und zum Strand.
Leider stehen die Parkplätze aufgrund von Bauarbeiten derzeit nicht zur Verfügung. Das nahegelegene öffentliche Parkhaus ist insbesondere für größere Fahrzeuge wie SUVs sehr eng und daher nur bedingt geeignet. Weitere Parkmöglichkeiten in der Umgebung sind nur eingeschränkt verfügbar. Zudem steht das WLAN aufgrund technischer Probleme aktuell nicht zur Verfügung.

Big rooms , clean overall happy
Room was spacious and clean . A Bit old and some stuff are breaking of like the flush but they are transparent about it . Spa is squeaky clean and the pool is big enough to swim .
Bad luck for them on this weekend with WiFi and cybersecurity issues but overall the vibe was off … staff was weird in the restaurants , lady at check in was nice but colleagues were almost rude . The room cards I got were not activated and when I went back to the reception , the employee told be with an attitude to go myself look for some other employee somewhere in one of the residences that had the machine to do it . I found the guy and he was nice and efficient ..

Schönes Hotel, doch ziemlicher Wartungsstau mittlerweile.
Die Betten waren sehr bequem, der Tisch in der Küche groß genug für unsere Familie. Brötchen Service am Morgen ist schön. Auch der Wellnessbereich war sehr angenehm. Das Personal war sehr freundlich.
Die Dusche war undicht, sodass davor bei jedem Duschen eine Pfütze entstand. Im Badezimmer gab es keine ausreichenden Möglichkeiten, um Handtücher aufzuhängen, das W-LAN funktionierte aufgrund eines Hackerangriffs nicht, die Tiefgarage war wegen Bauarbeiten geschlossen und in der gesamten Anlage war weit und breit kein Hochstuhl für unser Appartement aufzutreiben.
