    Enjoyable with a few down points.

    The surroundings are excellent countryside. Access was easy, and finding the farm was easy too. Overall, the cottage had a good layout and provided good facilities. The towels and bedding were of excellent standard.

    The condition of both the main bathroom and shower room requires their ceilings to be cleared of damp mould. The shower room mirror lacks a functional light. The standard light in the lounge requires the cobwebs to be removed. Some would ask if it was so bad why not ask for refund and move on. We had travelled over night and were staying a very short period - Friday 1400 PM - Sunday 10.00 AM for a funeral and did not have the time or effort available to dispute. There tired adults and a 3 year old. Pity as this could be a place to easily spend a fortnights holiday.

    Seggat farm

    Lovely bed and comfortable

    Place was really tired and dirty in places. Old needing refreshed. When couch seats reclined, under it was filthy. Shower door broken, wouldn't close. Toilet seat broken. Its a pity because it coukd be lovely. Definitely not worth the money.

    Brilliant peaceful location with stunning views and everything you need for a stay.

    Perfect location for my mums visit to family and very nostalgic as she remembered regularly coming to the farm as a girl. Easy drive to turiff and Inverurie

    This was our second stay here, and once again it was excellent. We had originally booked seven nights but were able to extend our stay to eleven nights after our planned accommodation near Cairngorms had to be evacuated due to the wildfire. Mandy and Billy were incredibly kind, flexible and helpful throughout. The cottages are perfectly located for exploring the eastern Highlands and Lowlands, and they provide a peaceful and comfortable base for a longer stay. We would especially recommend staying for at least a week, as the pricing makes longer stays particularly good value. This remains one of our favourite places to stay in Scotland, and we would happily return again and again. Highly recommended.
