Unforgettable, truly a great experience. If I get the chance I will come back.
Incredible open air baths, great views. Food was good, service also amazing. They were very accommodating even with my limited Japanese.
The location is in proximity to a lot of beautiful nature, but if you’re used to traveling in Japan by train, reaching things around Inawashiro is much more difficult. Ride share apps don’t work, and there is just the taxi company, although it was quite reliable. Probably best to stay on site or use a car.

とても良かった
部屋に入ったら移動しなくて良いところ。90歳の母との旅行ですので、食事も部屋食ですし、お風呂も露天風呂が付いてますし、最高でした。 夏でも、水風呂がついているので、良いかもしれません。
見当たりませんでした。私の中で、最高ランクです。

Amazing private hot spring and ryokan experience.
