    The only thing I liked was the owner was friendly and gave clear instructions

    Honestly, this homestay was not worth RM400+ per night. The house was poorly maintained, with a sofa that was already bent and uncomfortable. The TV had Astro, but only limited channels were available. For a homestay at this price, especially one suitable for families, I would expect basic entertainment options such as YouTube or Netflix. The bathrooms were another major disappointment. There was no bidet, the shower head was broken, and the second bathroom did not even have a water pipe. There was also no iron provided and only a limited number of cups/glasses. For the price paid, the facilities and overall condition were below expectations. I had just stayed at a hotel near KLCC for a similar price, and the hotel was much better maintained and provided better facilities. The owner really needs to improve the maintenance and basic amenities to justify the current price.

    Fantastic sea-view homestay with prime location, ideal choice for leisure trips to Sekinchan.

    The homestay boasts an unbeatable high-rise sea view location. Standing on the balcony, you get sweeping panoramic views of the coastal town and open sea. Check-in key collection was straightforward, the unit was tidy with complete daily necessities. It is walking distance to local seafood eateries and town amenities, extremely convenient for exploring Sekinchan. Sitting on the balcony enjoying sea breeze at sunset was the highlight of my stay.

    No major issues encountered during the stay. The washroom has room for improvement in terms of facility details and daily upkeep. minor upgrades here would greatly boost guest comfort.
