  Value for money, beds and bedding is so comfy, warm and clean. Accom has everything you need.

  I am very happy and pleased with the whole stay. The host was very thorough with their communication in the emails and they attached photos with the instructions from the driveway through to getting into the accom. The accom has everything you need especially with a family.

  There is no bunny at Bunny AirBnb and beware the wrath of the host.

  Host left the unit unlocked with key on the bench, so it was easy to 'check in' after hours. There are 3 good sized beds and clean linen. Heaters provided and needed due to lack of insulation. The arrangements of electrical plugs/multiboards are almost 'art', but probably quite unsafe.

  The host was rude, insulting and bordering aggressive from our first interaction (asking after the bunny that the place was named for but we couldnt find). He may have recorded both audio and video of a conversation he initiated with us, whilst blocking the exit, at 9am Wed morning. We arrived to dishes left drying but not properly washed, towels/sheets/cloths piled up on the ground and washing machine outside and linen shoved into cupboards but not folded. He later threw our wet washing on the ground because we used 'the wrong' machine. He later told us one is not for guest use (see photo below) but im still not entirely sure which is which. The 'unit' is the downstairs of his house and NOT well insulated. All noise travels. He is quite loud/heavy footed and possibly doing renovations. He has a tendancy to shout out loud to emphasise words/reactions...a young woman left in a hurry with muscle/family support whist we were there so he potentially rents out bedrooms upstairs too. The host has changed the name of this bisiness several times since I booked it in April 2026. (There may have been a tragedy or just a change of ownership). The upper case "lower level" now in the name is because he gets people arriving at his main door and this angers him. But he hasn't put any lighting or signage up that you might be able to use at night to find your way to the side door, on a sloped section, under his house. There are features advertised, like the trampoline, swing and gazebo but these are not maintained and do not look particulary safe or easy to use. The 'terrace' is a dilapidated outdoor area, where the bunny hutch, an old jacuzzi and bbq are. There is no working lighting outside and the whole area is also a potential safety hazaard. (The ALL CAPS probably tells you all you need to know about this host's attitude to his guests).

  This was a last minute booking that was the most affordable for the area. It was close to Auckland Hospital which is why I chose this location so we didn't have to travel far to visit our loved one. The Auckland Airport was also close to drop off family early on check out day.

  The driveway was a bit tricky to maneuver our suv, if you had a van it would not be so great, overall it had everything we needed and thankful it was available for us. I appreciate it.
