  I made it work but I probably wouldnt book it again

  It was a self contained flat in the owners garden. Very private and lots of room. Clean, Bed comfy, Seating fine, shower good. Easy to find and good location within walking distance of shops and station if you wanted to travel into central London

  Two omissions that would be very easy to correct - There was no rubbish bin nor bin bags that I could find - There were no drinking glasses of any description The biggest issue was cleaning up after a meal. The only sink was the wash hand basin in the bathroom. There was no washing up liquid, and the drainage from the sink was very slow...I suspect because the drainpipe was full of food waste it was not designed for - The microwave worked fine but I could see no instructions. There were papers and spray for an air fryer in the flat but no air fryer. The owners had left a few basic ingredients for guests including a jar of coffee granules ..but these had got damp and were a solid ball. There was no toaster....I would expect one in a self contained self catering apartment

  Not Bushey it’s in South Oxhey and not recommended

  The bathroom was nice. Parking on the drive. Useful to have a fridge and freezer. There was a plate bowl 2 cups and knife and fork and spoon but had bought my own after reading previous reviews. No where to wash up other than bathroom sink which is not ideal.

  This property is not in Bushey it’s in South Oxhey and at the bottom of a garden. The bed was so uncomfortable I now have back issues. There was no fan in 30 degree plus heat which is unacceptable. Luckily I had a friend who lent me one. No iron or ironing board or TV ( yes it’s in the description) but not really acceptable in any SC accommodation. Very noisy with dogs barking sometimes from 5am and children screaming some of which the host cannot help. However their children were loud and playing football right outside the accommodation making it impossible for me to work and the adults also spoke very loudly in the garden which showed no courtesy to a paying guest. I dreaded going back in the dark trying to get in with the codes and didn’t feel safe in the area. The issue I had was trying to find accommodation for 6 nights in the area which is why I booked this and have stayed in similar accomodation before which has been lovely. I tried to leave and find an alternative but there wasn’t anything available. I have struggled to think who this accommodation might suit. The bed needs to be sorted as the springs are sticking out. Maybe someone who is a deep sleeper who doesn’t need to work from there. I ended up working from a co working space as I couldn’t concentrate with all the noise. It was very bad - when I spoke to the host he just shrugged his shoulders and said oh yes it’s bad sometimes! No it’s bad all of the time! Cost wise the price is good but I have left having not having had a nights sleep for almost a week and my back is aching. I would not book again or recommend it.

  A pleasant place to come back to after a long days work

  Away from house. Comfortable bed. Quiet.

  A TV with Freeview
